Cancellation and Refunds

Students are eligible for a full refund, less a $35.00 + GST processing fee, if they have accessed only the free preview content, AND purchased the course within the last 30 days.

Students are eligible for a partial refund of 50%, less a $35.00 + GST processing fee, if they have accessed up to 50% of the course content, AND purchased the course within the last 14 days. If students have accessed more than the free preview content, refunds are NOT issued after this 14 day period.

Students are NOT eligible for a refund if over 50% of the course content has been accessed, OR if it has been more than 30 days since purchased.

A one-time payment will grant students access to the course content for 1 year.

Six-month extensions may be requested in writing and are each subject to a fee equal to 30% of the course’s full (non-discounted) price. Students may request a maximum of 3 extensions.
