Refund Policy

Primers, Webinars, Recordings, Workshops

Upon purchase, the purchaser will have access to the primer, webinar, recording, or workshop for 90 days. Select offerings may offer longer access - please check the course page for more information. Cancellation and refunds may be applied for by email ([email protected]) or by phone call to the PAA Membership Officer. Cancellations received within 24 hours of registration for the Continuing Professional Development activity will receive a full refund of the registration fee, provided a Certificate of Completion has not been issued. Cancellations received within 48 hours of registration for the Continuing Professional Development activity will receive a full refund of the registration fee, less a $35.00 + GST processing fee, provided a Certificate of Completion has not been issued. PAA reserves the right to cancel any activity, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided.


Asynchronous Courses

Students are eligible for a full refund, less a $35.00 + GST processing fee, if they have accessed only the free preview content, AND purchased the course within the last 30 days. 

Students are eligible for a partial refund of 50%, less a $35.00 + GST processing fee, if they have accessed up to 50% of the course content, AND purchased the course within the last 14 days. If students have accessed more than the free preview content, refunds are NOT issued after this 14 day period.

Students are NOT eligible for a refund if over 50% of the course content has been accessed, OR if it has been more than 30 days since purchased.

For courses with a one year access period, six-month extension may be requested via email and are subject to an administrative fee equal to 30% of the course's full (non-discounted) price. Students may request a maximum of 3 extensions.
